1Tbsp.Bolner's® fiesta brand fajita seasoning,

2H-E-B Ready, Fresh Go!™ garlic cloves,

1/3cupCentral Market™ soy sauce,

1/3cupH-E-B red wine vinegar,

1/2cupH-E-B Olive Oil,

3poundsTrimmed fajita meat,

Extra Fixings:,

1package (16 oz.)H-E-B Fresher Lasting™ guacamole kit,

1packageH-E-B Ready, Fresh Go!® fajita vegetables,

12H-E-B refrigerated ready to cook flour tortillas,


1Combine Bolner's Fiesta Brand Fajita Seasoning, garlic cloves, soy sauce and wine vinegar in a food processor or blender bowl. Process the mixture for 30seconds and then slowly add the olive oil until the sauce is thickened.

2Combine the marinade and fajita meat in a large zipper bag and turn the bag over several times to coat meat evenly. Marinate the meat for 30 minutes or overnight for the best flavor and tenderization of meat.

3Right before your start the grilling,prepare the guacamole kit according to package directions. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate.

4Prepare a charcoal or gas fire to medium heat (375F). You can grill the fajita vegetables on a vegetable grilling rack sprayed with no-stick cooking spray. Wrap in foil and set aside.

5Cook the tortillas according to package directions on a skillet or on the indirect side of the grill, wrap in foil and keep warm.

6Grill the fajita marinated meat for 8 minutes per side to desired degree of doneness: medium rare, medium or well done. Place the grilled fajitas on a cutting board and thin slice across the grain. Wrap the fajitas in foil and keep warm until ready to make your Bolner's Fajita Tacos. Ole
