6frozen H-E-B Fully Cooked Thick 'N Juicy Burgers,
2tart red apples,
6Kaiser rolls, white or wheat,
2/3cupHellman's Honey Mustard Madness Dipping Sauce,
6leaf or romaine lettuce leaves,
*red onion slices, optional,
1Heat charcoal 30 minutes until covered with a light layer of gray ash or heat gas grill on High 10 minutes with lid closed.
2Meanwhile, core apples and trim ends. Cut each apple into 6 thin slices. Slice cheese as thinly as possible. Split Kaiser rolls.
3Heat frozen burgers 5 minutes per side, directly on grill grate over Medium heat. Hold palm just above grate. If heat causes you to pull away in 4 seconds, heat is ideal (375 degree grill surface temperature). Place cheese slices on burgers after turning. Grill apples 2 to 3 minutes per side. Toast bread on perimeter of grill.
4Spread mustard on buns (scant 1 tablespoon per side). Place burgers on buns and top each with 2 apple slices, lettuce leaves, and sliced onion, if desired.
