2(8 oz.)beef sirloin steaks, cut 3/4 inch thick,
1/2cup, thinly slicedred bell pepper,
8oz.small mushrooms, quartered,
2tsp. crumbledblue cheese,
1Season steaks on both sides with steak seasoning, and set aside. Prepare grill for steaks.
2While grill comes to temperature, cook bacon on a stove top until crispy.
3Remove bacon, do not discard drippings. Over medium low heat add all remaining ingredients except for blue cheese. Cook until mushrooms are tender.
4Grill steaks to desired doneness. Top with sauce, bacon, and blue cheese crumbles.
