1Place a large skillet over medium high heat. Add butter and onions and Sauteacute; until slightly tender.
2Add steak portions and season with spice blend. Top each steak with onions while meat cooks. Steak will separate when heated. Toss with onions and dash each portion with Worcestershire sauce while cooking.
3Once steak is done, reduce heat to simmer and lay slices of provolone over each 4 portions of steak.
4Split and toast 4 baguettes. Spread with mayonnaise and top with cheese steak.
