2onions, finely chopped,
2teaspoonsmixed herbs (thyme, sage, oregano),
1Trim the steak and cut into pieces. Place in an ovenproof dish and cover with the chopped onions.
2Blend other ingredients together and pour over steak. (The chopped onion will hold some of the liquid). Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours
3Bake, covered with foil or ovenproof lid, at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
