1cupTempura Frying Mix,

3/4cupAzarĀ® Walnut Pieces,

1TbspFresh Ginger, peeled and chopped,

1/4cupLime Juice,

1/4cupSoy Sauce,

1tspSesame Oil,

1 1/2poundsHill Country Fare Frozen Chicken Tenders,

Directions

1For oven baking, heat oven to 350°F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.

2Combine the tempura mix, walnuts and chopped ginger in a food processor bowl and process for 5 seconds. Place walnut mixture in a shallow bowl.

3Combine the lime juice, soy sauce and sesame oil in a small bowl and set aside.

4Season the chicken tenders to taste with salt and black pepper. Dip the chicken in the walnut mixture and then dip into the lime juice mixture. Roll the chicken one more time in the walnut mixture and place on the prepared baking sheet.

5Bake the chicken on the center oven rack for 30 minutes or until golden and the juices run clear.

6Pan Fry Method: Make sure chicken tenders are thawed before applying tempura walnut coating. Pan fry with 1/4 cup canola oil for 5 minutes per side.
