Ingredients

2boxes (7 oz.each)Green Giant Healthy Weight Vegetables,

1bag (16 oz.)H-E-B Steamable Asian or White Rice,

1bag (12 oz.)H-E-B Fully Cooked® Chicken or Turkey Medallions, thawed,

1/4cupH-E-B Texas Twists® Spicy Peanut Jalapeño Dressing,

1/4cupH-E-B Snax Hot & Spicy Peanuts, chopped (optional),

Directions

1Heat the Green Giant Steamable Vegetables and H-E-B Steamable Rice according to package directions and keep warm.

2While the vegetables and rice are being heated, cut the turkey or chicken medallions into thin strips. Heat a skillet over medium heat for 3 minutes. Add the sliced medallions and stir-fry for 1 minute to heat. Add the Spicy Peanut Jalapeño Dressing and stir-fry for 1 more minute or until the medallions are heated through.

3Spread rice in platter and top with vegetables, spicy jalapeño sliced medallions and peanuts.
