*Hill Country Fare Ground Black Pepper,

1/2teaspoondried Morton & Bassett Thyme Leaves,

1/2teaspoondried Morton & Bassett Granulated Garlic,

*fresh apricots, pitted & halves (optional),

3/4cupFischer & Wieser® Apricot Orange Marmalade,

1tablespoonWorcestershire sauce,

1/4teaspoonground ginger,

1Season pork with salt, pepper, thyme and granulated garlic. Combine marmalade and Worcestershire sauce in a small bowl.

2Heat charcoal 30 minutes until covered with a light layer of gray ash or heat gas grill on High 10 minutes with lid closed.

3Grill chops 4 inches above Medium heat (375 degrees grill surface temperature). To determine grill temperature, hold hand just above grate; if heat causes you to pull away in 4 seconds, heat is ideal for Medium. Cook pork 6 to 8 minutes per side; baste cooked side after turning. Remove when internal temperature of chops reaches 155 degrees F. Baste chops again. Do not overcook; pork should have a light pink blush in the center. Grill apricot halves 3 to 5 minutes per side, if desired; baste generously.
