Ingredients

3eggs, slightly beaten,

1cupdark corn syrup,

1cupsugar,

2tablespoonbutter,

1teaspoonvanilla,

1 1/2cupspecans,

2unbaked pie shells,

Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Stir eggs, dark corn syrup, sugar, butter and vanilla in a large bowl until well blended.

3Add in pecans (pecans rise to the top while baking).

4Pour into unbaked pie shells. Bake 50 to 60 minutes. Cool before serving.
