1(18.25 oz.) boxBetty Crocker White Cake Mix,
1/2c.crema fresca or heavy whipping cream,
1/2c.H-E-B More Fruit Strawberry Preserve,
1(1 lb.) containerBetty Crocker Ready-to-Serve Chocolate Frosting,
1Heat oven to 350°F. Heavily spray two heart-shaped cake pans with nonstick cooking spray and dust with 2 tablespoons flour; shake out excess.
2Combine cake mix, egg whites, cream and 1 1/4 cups water in a large mixing bowl. Mix for 2 minutes on medium speed with an electric mixer. Pour cake batter into prepared heart-shaped cake pan and bake for 45 minutes or until cake is done. Let cake cool in pan on cake rack for 20 minutes.
3Remove cakes from pans and place the first layer on a cake plate. Spread the strawberry preserve on top of the first layer and arrange the second layer over the preserves. Frost cake with frosting.
4Decorate the cake with rasperries or strawberries.
