Ingredients

1cupSplenda,

2(12 ounce) cansHill Country Fare Evaporated Milk,

5whole eggs, beaten,

1(15 ounce) cansolid-pack pumpkin,

2teaspoonspumpkin pie spice,

Directions

1Heat oven to 325 degrees.

2Combine Splenda, Condensed Milk, Evaporated Milk, eggs, pumpkin, pumpkin pie spice and 1/2 cup water in a large bowl: stir well. Pour custard mixture a 9x13-inch baking dish and place inside a larger baking pan. Fill outside baking pan halfway with water.

3Bake flan in water bath on center oven rack for 1 hour and 15 minutes. The flan is ready when a knife, inserted in the center, comes out clean. Carefully, remove baking dish with flan from baking dish with hot water. Cool flan for 20 minutes. Serve warm or chilled.
