1(9-inch) frozen Hill Country Fare Pie Crust, baked,
1envelopeorange sugar-free gelatin,
1 (6 oz.)containerH-E-B Fat-Free Plain Yogurt,
1teaspoonpumpkin pie spice,
1 (15 oz.)canHill Country Fare Solid Pack Pumpkin,
1Bake piecrust according to package directions and cool.
2Pour 1/2 cup cold water into a small microwave-safe bowl.
3Sprinkle orange sugar-free gelatin into water and stir.
4Microwave on High power for 1 minute and add yogurt and pumpkin pie spice; stir to combine.
5Add solid packed pumpkin to dissolved gelatin mixture and place bowl over another bowl filled with ice cubes.
6Stir dissolved pumpkin mixture until it begins to thicken.
7Immediately pour pumpkin mixture into crust.
8Cover pie with plastic wrap and chill 15 minutes or until firm and ready to cut
