1cupapple juice (not concentrate),
6cupstart apples, peeled, cored and sliced,
1/2cupfrozen apple juice concentrate, thawed,
1cupwhole wheat pastry flour,
1/3cupnonfat dry milk,
1/3 cupcuprolled oats,
1Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2Whisk together apple juice, lemon juice, cinnamon and 2 tablespoons of flour.
3Place apples in a 7 x 9 baking dish.
4Pour the flour-juice mixture over the apples and put in oven for 25 minutes.
5Meanwhile, whip egg whites until soft peaks form.
6Add the apple juice concentrate and whip until mixture stands in stiff peaks.
7Mix together the whole wheat pastry flour, dry milk and rolled oats and gently fold into the stiff egg whites.
8The batter will fall somewhat, but do not over mix.
9Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees.
10When apples are baked, stir in the strawberries.
11Drop the batter by large spoonfuls over the fruit and bake an additional 25 minutes, or until browned
