Ingredients

1(9 ounce) pouchHill Country Fare White Cake Mix,

2H-E-B Eggs, whites only,

1/4teaspoonalmond extract,

2(6 ounce) containersH-E-B Light Strawberry Yogurt,

Directions

1Heat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. Dust loaf pan with 1 tablespoon flour and set aside.

2Combine cake mix, egg whites (discard egg yolks), almond extract, and 1 container light yogurt in a mixing bowl. Mix batter with an electric mixer on medium speed for 2 minutes. Pour cake batter in prepared loaf pan.

3Bake on center oven rack for 10 to 15 minutes in pan. Run knife around side of pan before removing. Allow cake to cool 10 minutes before removing from loaf pan.

4Slice cake and serve each slice with 2 tablespoons light yogurt
