1Deep Dish Pie Crust,
3Large Eggs (beaten),
1can (15 oz.)Hill Country Fare Solid Pack Pumpkin,
1cupFat Free Half & Half,
1Heat oven to 375ºF. Allow pie crust to thaw at room temperature for 15 minutes.
2Combine eggs, pumpkin, fat free half & half, Splenda and pumpkin pie spice in a large mixing bowl using an electric mixer on medium speed for 1 minute.
3Pour pumpkin mixture in thawed pie shell. Bake pie on center oven rack for 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean. Cool the pumpkin pie before cutting into 8 servings.
