3largewhole eggs, beaten,
1(15 ounce) canHill Country Fare Solid Packed Pumpkin,
1(12 ounce) canHill Country Fare Evaporated Milk,
2teaspoonspumpkin pie spice,
1Heat oven to 375 degrees. Allow pie crust to thaw at room temperature for 15 minutes.
2Combine eggs, pumpkin, evaporated milk, Splenda and pumpkin pie spice in a large mixing bowl using an electric mixer on medium speed for 1 minute.
3Pour pumpkin mixture in thawed pie shell. Bake pie on center oven rack for 35 to 40 minutes or until a knife inserted in center of pie comes out clean. Cool the pumpkin pie before cutting into 8 servings
