2 1/3cupsH-E-B all-purpose flour,
1cupH-E-B unsalted butter,
1/4cupSplenda sugar for baking,
1/2cupSplenda brown sugar for baking firmly packed,
1tspHill Country Fare vanilla extract,
1pkg (12 oz.)Hill Country Fare semi-sweet chocolate chips,
1Heat oven to 375F.
2Combine the flour, baking soda and salt in a small bowl and set aside.
3Using an electric mixer,beat the butter, Splenda Sugar for Baking, Splenda Brown Sugar Blend and vanilla on medium speed for 1 1/2 minutes. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing on low speed until well blended. Gradually add the flour mixture, beating on low speed until cookie dough is blended. Stir in the chocolate chips with a spoon.
4Spoon the cookie dough 2 inches apart on un-greased cookie sheets a spoonful at a time. Gently press each cookie with a fork.
5Bake the cookies 9-11 minute or until lightly browned on edges. Remove from oven and cool on a wire rack
