1box (18.25 oz.)Hill Country Fare yellow cake mix,
1can (12 oz.)H-E-B Root Beer,
1/4cupHill Country Fare Canola Oil,
3H-E-B Grade A Large Eggs,
1/2cupH-E-B Powdered Sugar,
3TablespoonsRoot beer soda,
1Heat oven to 350F. Grease and flour a 10-inch Bundt pan; set aside.
2Combine the cake mix, can of root beer, oil and eggs in a medium bowl. Mix the cake batter according to the package directions, pour into the prepared pan and bake for 35 to 40 minutes, until a toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
3Cool cake 15 minutes in pan before inverting onto a wire rack to cool. Poke holes in the cake every 2 inches with a bamboo or metal skewer.
4Combine the powder sugar and the 3 Tablespoons H-E-B Root Beer in a small bowl. Beat the sugar glaze with a fork until smooth. Pour the root beer glaze over the cake.
