1(16 ounce) packageHill Country Fare Frozen Strawberries,
1(16 ounce) packageHill Country Fare Frozen Blueberries,
1(8 ounce) containerfrozen Hill Country Fare Whipped Topping,
1containerWilton Patriotic Sprinkles,
1Using a bread or serrated knife, slice angel food cake into 3 equal layers and set aside.
2Place bottom cake layer back into cake pan. Evenly spread 1 1/2 cups ice cream over cake layer and gently press strawberries into the ice cream. Place second layer of cake over ice cream layer and spread 1 1/2 cups ice cream over it. Gently press blueberries into the ice cream. Top with the third layer of cake. Wrap cake with plastic wrap and freeze for 1 hour or until firm and frozen.
3Remove frozen cake from pan and place on a cake plate. Using a spatula, spread whipped topping on top of cake. Sprinkle cake with Wilton Red, White & Blue Sprinkles. Serve immediately or return to freezer until ready to serve. For perfect slices: Use a serrated knife dipped in hot water between slices.
