Nutty Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients

1(5 ounce) canHill Country Fare Evaporated Milk,

1 1/2cupsH-E-B Sugar,

1/8teaspoonsalt,

1(12 ounce) packageNestlé Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels',

1/2cupHill Country Fare Pecan Pieces,

1teaspoonvanilla extract,

Directions

1Heavily spray an 8-inch square cake pan with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.

2Combine evaporated milk, sugar, and salt in a heavy saucepan. Heat the mixture over Medium heat, stirring constantly, until it boils. Reduce the heat to Medium-Low and cook for 5 more minutes, stirring constantly.

3Remove saucepan from heat and add the Nestle Semi-Sweet Chocolate Morsels, pecan pieces, and vanilla. Stir the fudge slowly with a spoon until the chocolate morsels have completely melted.

4Spread the fudge into the prepared cake pan. Allow the fudge to cool and set. Cut into 1-inch squares. Store the fudge squares in a container and use plastic wrap or foil to separate the layers
