Ingredients

1 1/2cupboiling water,

1(8-serving) packageJell-O brand lemon flavor gelatin,

2cupcold apple juice,

1cupchopped red and green apples,

Directions

1Stir boiling water into gelatin in large bowl at least 2 minutes until completely dissolved.

2Stir in apple juice. Refrigerate about 1 1/2 hours or until thickened (spoon drawn through mixture leaves definite impression).

3Stir in apples.

4Pour into 6-cup mold. Refrigerate 4 hours or until firm.

5Unmold. Garnish as desired. *How to unmold gelatin: Dip mold in warm water for about 15 seconds. Gently pull gelatin from around the edges with moist finger. Place moistened serving plate on top of mold. Invert mold and plate; holding mold and plate together, shake slightly to loosen. Gently remove mold and center gelatin on plate
