19-inchUnbaked frozen hill country fare deep dish pie shell,

3largeH-E-B eggs beaten,

1tspHill Country Fare vanilla,

3/4cupH-E-B brown sugar,

1cupHill Country Fare light or dark corn syrup,

1 1/4cupsHill Country Fare whole pecans,


1Heat oven to 350F. Place frozen deep dish pie shell on a baking sheet and set aside.

2Combine eggs, vanilla, brown sugar and corn syrup in a bowl; stir until blended. Add pecans to syrup mixture and pour into the frozen pie shell.

3Cover edge of pie crust with foil. Bake pie on middle oven rack for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.

4Cool the pie completely before serving
