1/3 c. heavy cream,
12 oz. semi-sweet chocolate, finely chopped,
3 Tbsp. liqueur, such as Kahlúa or Grand Marnier (optional),
1 In a medium saucepan, bring the heavy cream to a simmer.
2 Remove the pan from heat and add the chocolate. Gently whisk until the chocolate has completely melted.
3 Add the liqueur and stir to combine.
4 Pour chocolate into fondue pot and set a small candle below. Use as low a flame as possible or the chocolate will burn.
