1 1/2cupsH-E-B long grain rice,
122 ounce canHill Country Fare pineapple chunks, drained,
1/2cupHarvest Moon Marischino cherries, chopped and drained,
18 ounce jarHarvest Moon Mandarin orange sections,
110 ounce canHill Country Fare sweetened condensed milk,
1cupshredded Hill Country Fare flaked coconut,
1Cook Riceland rice according to package directions. Rinse rice with cold water and drain; set aside.
2Combine the rice, pineapple chunks, cherries, orange sections and sweetened condensed milk in a large fruit bowl.
3Top salad with coconut, cover with plastic wrap and chill for 15 minutes or until ready to serve
