Ingredients

1boxBetty Crocker Super Moist Cake Mix,

3largeeggs,

1/2cupcanola oil,

1containter (12-16 oz.)Betty Crocker Ready To Serve Chocolate Frosting,

*Frosting:,

7oz. shreddedHill Country Fare Sweetened Coconut,

1teaspoongreen food coloring,

1tube (4.25 oz.)white decorator frosting,

*Goal Posts:,

1box (6 oz.)Baker's White Chocolate,

3largepretzel sticks,

Directions

1CAKE INSTRUCTIONS: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

2Prepare and bake cake according to package instructions. Cool cake completely (about 30 minutes).

3Invert cooled cake onto a foil lined cookie sheet or fancy tray. Ice cake with chocolate icing.

4Combine coconut and green food coloring in a plastic bag. Shake until coated evenly.

5Evenly spread coconut over top of cake. Draw lines with decorator frosting on field to create yardage markings and end zone.

6GOAL POST INSTRUCTIONS: Place a 12 inch square piece of wax or parchment paper on cookie sheet.

7Melt white chocolate according to box instructions.

8Meanwhile, cut one pretzel in half for the base of the goal posts, cut remaining pretzels into fourths for the tops of the goal posts.

9Dip pretzel pieces into melted chocolate, tapping off excess. Place on prepared paper to form into goal post shapes.

10Once goal posts have been made, transfer cookie sheet into refrigerator to chill.

11Once the chocolate has hardened,insert pretzel field goals into end zones.
