1Combine 1/2 cup orange juice and the unflavored gelatin in a small microwave safe bowl. Heat the gelatin in the microwave oven on High power for 1 minute. Add the remaining orange juice to the mixture.
2Combine the marshmallow cream and orange juice mixture in a large bowl and beat with an electric mixer on medium speed until the mixture is blended (about 5 minutes). Gently stir in mini marshmallows and 3/4 cup drained Mandarin orange slices (save 8 orange sections to garnish pie). Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes until it begins to thicken.
3Spoon the thickening orange mixture into the graham cracker crust and top with the whipped topping and orange sections. Chill the pie for 1 hour or until ready to serve.
