Ingredients

1H-E-B Bakery Angel Food Cake (Regular or Sugar Free),

1container (8 oz.)Hill Country Fare Whipped Topping (Regular or Reduced Fat),

1container (14 oz.)Ready,Fresh Go! Mixed Berries,

1/2cup, shreddedHill Country Fare Coconut (optional),

Directions

1Slice the Angel Food cake into two layers. Place half of angel food cake on cake platter.

2Spread 1/2 of whipped topping on the top and sides of first cake layer.

3Arrange 1/2 of the mixed berries and coconut if desired on the top and sides of the iced cake.

4Top the iced cake with the remaining cake layer and spread the remainder of the whipped cream and mixed berries.

5Sprinkle with coconut if desired. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
