3/4cupH-E-B All-Purpose Flour,
1tspHill Country Fare Baking Powder,
1/2cupHellmann's® or Best Foods Real Mayonnaise,
1tspHill Country Fare Vanilla Extract,
1cupHill Country Fare Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips, melted,
1/2cupchopped walnuts, optional,
1Heat oven to 350°F. Spray an 8-inch square baking pan with non-stick cooking spray or line with aluminum foil; set aside.
2Combine the flour, baking powder and salt in a small bowl; set aside.
3In a large bowl, combine the sugar, Hellmann's Real Mayonnaise, eggs and vanilla; stir until smooth and set aside.
4Place the chocolate chips in a saucepan over another pan with water (double boiler) heated over medium heat for 3 minutes or until chocolate is melted, stirring often.
5Stir the egg mixture into the melted chocolate until smooth. Stir the flour mixture and walnuts into the chocolate batter until blended. Spread batter into the prepared baking pan.
6Bake on the center oven rack for 35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted 1-inch from the edge comes out clean. Place the pan of brownies on a wire rack and cool. Cut brownies into 16 squares and serve.
