1/3cupPompeian Light Olive Oil,
1box (18.25 oz.)Duncan Hines Yellow Cake Mix,
1/2cupchopped Hill Country Fare Walnut Pieces,
3H-E-B large eggs, lightly beaten,
2cupsmashed ripe bananas,
1/2cupHill Country Fare Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips,
1TablespoonPompeian Light Olive Oil,
1Heat oven to 350°F. Heavily oil a bundt pan with Pompeian Light Olive Oil and dust with 2 Tablespoons flour.
2Combine the chopped walnuts and chopped chocolate tablet in a small bowl and set aside.
3Combine the cake mix, buttermilk, Pompeian Light Olive Oil, eggs and mashed bananas in a large mixing bowl. Use an electric mixer on medium speed and beat the cake batter for 2 minutes.
4Spoon the filling into the batter and stir once with a spoon (do not over stir). Pour the batter into the prepared bundt pan and bake on the center oven rack for 45 minutes. Cool cake 15 minutes and then remove from pan.
5Combine the chocolate chips and Pompeian Olive Oil in a saucepan and melt the chocolate over medium heat, stirring constantly with a spoon. Pour the chocolate into a bowl to cool for 15 minutes. Drizzle the chocolate over the cake and serve.
