1cupH-E-B unsalted butter softened,
1cupH-E-B brown sugar,
1 3/4cupsH-E-B all purpose flour,
2envelops (1.27 oz.)H-E-B whole grain oatmeal with cranberry,
1Pre-heat oven to 375. Cream together butter andsugar until pale and fluffy.
2Add eggs and vanilla and mix well. Set aside.
3In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients.
4Add dry ingredients to butter mixture in 3 parts.
5Fold in walnuts.
6Drop cookies with a teaspoon onto a non stick cookie sheet.
7Bake for 10-12 minutes until golden brown.
