1/2cup (1 stick)H-E-B Butter or Margarine,
1packetHill Country Fare Graham Crackers (1 1/2 cups processed),
1 2/3cups (10 oz. pkg.)Reesé's Peanut Butter Chips,
1 1/2cupsMounds Sweetened Coconut Flakes,
1can (14 oz.)Hill Country Fare Sweetened Condensed Milk (not evaporated milk),
1cupHershey's® Special Dark Chocolate Chips,
1 1/2teaspoonsHill Country Fare vegetable shortening (not butter or margarine),
1Heat oven to 350°F. Place butter in 13x9x2-inch baking pan. Heat in oven until melted; remove pan from oven. Sprinkle graham cracker crumbs evenly over butter; press down with fork.
2Sprinkle 1 cup peanut butter chips over crumbs; sprinkle coconut over chips. Layer remaining 2/3 cup peanut butter chips over coconut; drizzle sweetened condensed milk evenly over top. Press down firmly.
3Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
4Combine chocolate chips and shortening in small microwave-safe bowl. Microwave at medium for 1 minute; stir. If necessary, microwave at medium an additional 15 seconds at a time, stirring after each heating, just until chips are melted and mixture is smooth. Drizzle evenly over top of baked mixture. Cool completely. Cut into 48 bars.
