Cappuccino Rice Pudding Cups

2cupsUncooked H-E-B Instant Long Grain Rice,

2cupsH-E-B milk, 2% low fat or fat free,

1can (14 ounce)Hill Country Fare sweetened condensed milk,

1TablespoonHill Country Fare instantcoffee granules regular or decaf,

1aerosol canHill Country Fare whipped cream,

1teaspoonHill Country Fare ground cinnamon,

2TablespoonsHill Country Fare semi-sweet chocolate chips,


1Prepare the H-E-B Instant Long Grain Rice according to package directions and leave in the saucepan.

2Add milk and sweetened condensed milk to the rice, stir over medium heat until it begins to boil. Reduce the heat to low and cook, uncovered, for 20 minutes, stirring often as the rice mixture thickens.

3Remove the pot from the heat, add the coffee granules and stir until coffee granules dissolve. Cool pudding for 5 minutes and spoon into 8 small coffee cups. Top each pudding with whipped cream and chocolate chips. Serve warm or cold
