Apple Cinnamon Pie

2(9-inch) deep dish pie shell,

1can(28 oz) apple pie slices,

1can(14 oz) HCF sweetened condensed milk,

1/4cupred cinnamon candies,

1egg yolk,


1Heat oven to 350 degrees.

2Arrange apple slices in one pie shell.

3Pour sweetened condensed milk over apples and sprinkle with red cinnamon candies.

4Remove remaining pie crust from pie pan and use for top pie crust.

5In a small bowl, combine egg yolk with 1 tbsp.

6of water.

7Brush egg yolk mixture over top pie crust.

8Loosely cover pie with foil and bake for 35 minutes.

9Remove foil and bake 10 minutes or until crust is golden
