6H-E-B Whole Wheat or 7 Grain Tortillas,
2smallGranny Smith Apples, peeled, cored and chopped,
4packetsH-E-B BetterSweet or 2 teaspoons sugar,
1/2teaspoonCentral Market™ Organics Ground Cinnamon,
2cupsH-E-B Reduced Mexican Blend or Monterey Jack Cheese,
6tablespoonsH-E-B Sabor Tradicional Cajeta Quemada,
1Heat oven to 450F. Line 2 large baking sheet pans with foil and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange 3 tortillas on each pan and pierce each with a fork. Bake for 8 minutes or until golden.
2Meanwhile, combine apples, BetterSweet, cinnamon, and cheese in bowl and toss to coat.
3Top each tortilla with 1/2 cup apple mixture and drizzle with 1 tablespoon of cajeta. Bake tostadas for 5 minutes or until cheese melts. Cut each tostada into 4 wedges and serve
