2 cups uncooked wide egg noodles,
2 cups chopped cooked ham,
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom condensed soup,
1 can (14 1/2 oz.) Hill Country Fare Sweet Peas, drained,
1 cup Monterrey Jack cheese,
1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs,
1 Heat oven to 400°F.Spray a 2-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
2 Cook wide egg noodles according to package instructions and drain.
3 Using the same cooking pot, combine cooked noodles, ham, mushroom condensed soup, peas and cheese.
4 Spread noodle-mushroom mixture in prepared baking dish. Loosely cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
5 Remove from oven and discard foil. Sprinkle casserole with bread crumbs. Bake uncovered for 5 more minutes.
