2cupsuncooked wide egg noodles,
2cupschopped cooked ham,
1can(10.5 oz) cream of mushroom condensed soup,
1can(14 1/2 oz.) Hill Country Fare Sweet Peas, drained,
1cupMonterrey Jack cheese,
1/4cupseasoned bread crumbs,
1Heat oven to 400°F.Spray a 2-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
2Cook wide egg noodles according to package instructions and drain.
3Using the same cooking pot, combine cooked noodles, ham, mushroom condensed soup, peas and cheese.
4Spread noodle-mushroom mixture in prepared baking dish. Loosely cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
5Remove from oven and discard foil. Sprinkle casserole with bread crumbs. Bake uncovered for 5 more minutes.
