1 (8 oz.)packagecream cheese,
1/4cupwhole, 2 %, or fat free milk,
2tablespoonsbutter or margarine,
2 (15 oz.)canswhole kernal corn, drained,
1can (4 oz.)chopped green chilies,
1/8teaspooncrushed red pepper,
1Heat oven to 350°F. Spray a 2-quart baking dish with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
2Combine cream cheese, milk and margarine in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on High power for 1 minute. Stir mixture until smooth.
3Combine corn, green chiles, red pepper and garlic salt in prepared baking dish. Season to taste with salt.
4Add cream cheese mixture to corn and stir to combine. Bake uncovered for 25 to 30 minutes.
