1Hill Country Fare Refrigerated Pie Crust,

6slicesH-E-B Fully Cooked Bacon, chopped,

1cupH-E-B Chipotle Salsa,

6H-E-B eggs,

1cupH-E-B Half and Half,

1cupshredded H-E-B Mexican Blend Cheese,


1Heat oven to 400 degrees. Line a deep-dish pie pan with one Hill Country Fare Refrigerated Pie Crust. Sprinkle chopped bacon in the pie crust and set aside.

2Combine salsa, eggs, half and half and 1/2 cup of shredded cheese in a bowl. Season mixture with salt and fresh cracked black pepper. Carefully pour egg mixture over bacon. Top the quiche with the remaining shredded cheese.

3Bake on center oven rack for 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees and continue baking quiche for 35 more minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean
