Pepper Jack Spinach Quiche

1(9 oz) frozen pie crust,

1cupmilk (regular, low fat or fat free),

3eggs, beaten,

1cupshredded jalapeno jack cheese,

1can(14 oz) HCF whole spinach, drained,

4stripsbacon, cooked and chopped,


1Heat oven to 375 degrees.

2In a mixing bowl, combine milk, eggs, cheese and spinach.

3Carefully pour into the piecrust and top with chopped bacon.

4Bake in oven for 45 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center of the quiche comes out clean.

5Let sit 10 minutes before cutting
