Gingerbread Toffee Waffles

2cupsall purpose baking mix,

1/2tsp.Kosher salt,

1tsp.ground cinnamon,

1tsp.ground ginger,

1/4tsp.ground cloves,

1cupmolasses slightly warmed in microwave,


1/2cupcanola oil,

1egg, slightly beaten,

1/2cuptoffee chips,


1Combine baking mix, salt, cinnamon, ginger and cloves in large mixing bowl.

2In a separate bowl, combine milk, molasses, oil, and egg. Mix well.

3Add wet to dry ingredients,(add more milk if necessary)and mix well.

4Fold in toffee chips.

5Bake waffles in preheated, non-stick or greased waffle iron.

6Serve with butter, syrup and whipped cream.
