1 1/2poundsBeef Top Sirloin Steak, cut into 3/4-inch cubes,
1cuppicante salsa (medium),
1 1/2teaspoonslemon pepper,
1/4cupvegetable oil, optional,
324-inchwood or bamboo skewers,
1Combine salsa, spices and oil together in a glass dish or seal-able plastic bag to make marinade.
2Marinate the beef cubes for 1 hour in the refrigerator. Stir or turn steak cubes halfway through marinating time.
3For appetizers, skewer two cubes per 4-inch wooden stick. Grill over Medium coals for 4 to 5 minutes. Turn occasionally.
