2cupsgrated Monterey Jack Cheese,
2cupsgrated Cheddar Cheese,
1 (4 oz.)canchopped green chilies, drained,
1Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
2Coat 9x13 inch glass pan with vegetable spray.
3Sprinkle cheeses in bottom of pan.
4Top with chilies and jalapenos.
5Combine milk, biscuit mix and eggs; beat until smooth.
6Pour over pan ingredients.
7Top with salsa.
8Bake until puffed and golden, 25 to 30 minutes.
9Cut into 1 1/2 inch squares (makes 6 cuts down and 9 cuts across)
