2cupssmoked chicken, shredded,
8oz.fat-free cream cheese,
2teaspoonlight Worcestershire sauce,
1teaspoonhot pepper sauce,
1Cook chicken (one whole or chicken pieces) on smoker approximately one hour.
2Smoke Poblano pepper, onion (whole) and garlic (whole) until soft and brown.
3Allow chicken to cool.
4Shred a mixture of light and dark meat into a bowl.
6Chop smoked Poblano pepper, onion, squeeze garlic from husk and add to chicken.
7Add cream cheese, mix well.
8Add Worcestershire, hot pepper sauce, seasoned salt and pepper.
9Sprinkle with chopped pecans
