1/4cupgrated cheddar cheese,
1 1/2ouncescream cheese, softened,
2teaspoonsunsalted butter or margarine,
2egg yolks or Egg Beaters,
2 1/2tablespoonsminced onion or chives,
1 1/2tablespoonsinstant potato flakes,
2teaspoonsinstant nonfat dry milk,
2teaspoonsactive dry yeast,
1egg, slightly beaten (use for glaze),
1tablespoonwater (use for glaze),
1Use bread machine with 1-pound capacity to prepare dough and follow manufacturer´s instructions.
2Make batch and let rise; knead in machine one time.
3Remove from bread machine.
4Roll out dough about 1/2 inch thick.
5Cut into 3 x 5 rectangles.
6Cut each rectangle diagonally into triangles.
7Roll each triangle, starting with the large end first.
8Turn ends of rolled dough to look like crab claws and place on a greased baking sheet.
9Cover with waxed paper or plastic wrap (loose) and in warm draft free area, let rise to double size (about 40 to 50 minutes).
10Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
11Mix 1 egg with 1 tablespoon water for glaze.
12Brush tops of rolls with glaze and bake in middle oven rack for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.
13Remove from rack and cool before storing in plastic zippered bag
