1 1/2cupsdiced ripe mango,

1/4cupchopped red onion,

1/4cupchopped red bell pepper,

1/4cupdiced tomato,

1/4cupchopped fresh cilantro,

1scallion or green onion, chopped,

1/4teaspoonsalt,

1/4teaspooncumin,

1/8teaspooncayenne pepper,

1jalapeno, finely chopped,

1minced garlic,

3tablespoonlime juice,

Directions

1Mix all ingredients in a bowl.
