Ingredients

1(8 ounce) packageH-E-B Cream Cheese, softened,

1(6 ounce) pouchH-E-B Albacore Tuna,

1/4cupH-E-B Harvest Moon™ Jalapens, drained,

1/2teaspoonHill Country Fare Fajita Seasoning,

1/2cupfresh parsley OR cilantro, chopped,

1/2cupred bell pepper, chopped,

1(10 count) packageH-E-B Reduced Carb Flour Tortillas,

Directions

1Combine the cream cheese, tuna, jalapeños, and fajita seasoning in a food processor bowl. Process the mixture for 30 seconds to a chunky texture. Stir in the chopped parsley and red bell pepper.

2Spoon 2 to 3 tablespoons cream cheese mixture on each tortilla and spread, leaving 1/2 inch of the tortilla edge without cheese mixture. Roll each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate the pinwheels for 15 minutes or until ready to serve.

3Before serving, remove the plastic wrap and cut each tortilla into 6 slices. Arrange the slices on a serving platter and enjoy.
