8ozs.refrigerated H-E-B Crabmeat,
8ozs.H-E-B Cream Cheese, softened,
1/4cupRothschild Farm Toasted Garlic & Horseradish Dip,
1cupshredded H-E-B Italian Blend Cheese,
1/3cupslivered almonds, toasted, if desired,
1Heat oven to 350°F. Spray a 1 1/2 quart casserole or au gratin dish with non-stick spray.
2Beat cream cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, Rothschild dip and juice of 1 lemon in a medium mixing bowl on Medium speed until smooth.
3Stir in crabmeat, cheese and almonds. Transfer to prepared dish and bake 20 to 30 minutes or until lightly browned and bubbly. Serve with crackers or toasted French baguette slices
