1(4 oz) jarH-E-B Harvest Moon Chopped Pimiento Peppers,
1(9oz) jarH-E-B Harvest Moon Sliced Mushrooms, drained & chopped,
1/2cupH-E-B Harvest Moon Pickled Jalapeño Peppers, chopped, with liquid,
1/4cupH-E-B Olive Oil,
1Cook frozen black-eyed peas according to package directions; drain well.
2Place black-eyed peas in a large mixing bowl; add pimiento, onion, celery, chopped mushrooms, jalapeño and olive oil. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
3Cover and chill for at least 15 minutes before serving or refrigerate for up to 3 days.
