12H-E-B White Corn Tortillas,
1package (12 oz) H-E-B Fully Fit™ Fresh Lean Ground Turkey,
1teaspoonH-E-B Chicken Fajita Seasoning,
1TablespoonHill Country Fare Canola Oil,
1can (15 oz) Hill Country Fare Fat Free Refried Beans,
3 cupsiceberg lettuce, shredded,
2medium tomatoes, chopped,
1c.H-E-B Ready, Fresh, Go!® Chopped Onions,
3/4 c.H-E-B Shredded Fat Free Cheddar Cheese,
1Heat oven to 450°F. Place corn tortillas on oven rack and bake for 3 to 4 minutes. The tortillas will puff. Remove baked tortillas from oven and set aside.
2Heat skillet over high heat for 3 minutes. Combine the turkey, fajita seasoning. and canola oil in a bowl. Add the seasoned ground turkey to hot skillet and stir-fry for 4 minutes. Add 1/2 cup Water to cooked ground turkey and cook for 1 minute more.
3Spread 1 1/2 Tablespoon refried beans on each crisp tortilla shell and top with 2 Tablespoons cooked ground turkey, 1/4 cup shredded lettuce, 3 Tablespoons chopped tomato, 2 Tablespoons chopped onions and 1 Tablespoons shredded fat free cheese.
