Ingredients

2H-E-B Fully Cooked Boneless Seasoned Chicken Breasts, thawed & sliced,

1cupH-E-B Harvest Moon Roasted Red Peppers, drained & sliced,

4green onions, chopped,

1/2cupH-E-B Texas Bold Bar-B-Que Sauce, any flavor,

1(8 ounce) packageH-E-B Colby Jack Shredded Cheese,

6H-E-B Homestyle Flour Tortillas,

Directions

1Heat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 2 large baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray and set aside.

2Combine sliced chicken, sliced peppers, chopped onions, barbecue sauce and shredded cheese in a large mixing bowl; toss to combine.

3Place 3 to 4 tortillas on each prepared baking sheet. Spread 1/2 cup of chicken mixture on each flour tortilla. Bake chicken appetizers for 8 to 10 minutes and cut into 6 to 8 wedges. Serve hot.
