2cupswhole wheat flour,
1/2cupyellow corn meal,
1egg, lightly beaten,
1/4cupgrated romano cheese,
1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2In one bowl, combine first 2 ingredients.
3In another bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients.
4Combine egg mixture with flour mixture and blend well.
5Dough will be stiff.
6Pat down dough into 1/2 inch thickness, then roll and cut into desired shapes.
7Bake on greased cookie sheets for 30 minutes
